It’s a Journey.

A Journey that doesn’t have to be taken alone

Having worked in addiction treatment facilities in different countries over the years, I have been humbled in accompanying both men and women on their path towards recovery and a better life for themselves and their loved ones.

This has led me to see that addiction in itself can often hide many other problems that are hard to face in and of themselves, such as trauma; grief & loss; an inability to express oneself authentically; and an overarching and painful lack/loss of meaning and purpose in life.

Another layer of addiction of course involves those around the person struggling, and as a couples & family therapist, I have also been involved in helping to “repair the bridges” when the time feels right, and witness the transformative power of loving support from friends and families.

It has been my experience that in the journey towards recovery, the earlier one takes a step the better. Thus, I invite you to reach out to discuss your needs and goals over a free consultation so we can see how to best support you.
