As a certified hypnotherapist, my role is to help you identify any limiting beliefs that may be affecting your life, and help you navigate through any burdening emotions that come attached to them , to recreate a story that allows you to thrive despite adversity. It is about helping you assert yourself as a co-creator of your own life by consciously choosing a new way to think, view, and feel about yourself.

By intervening on a subconscious level (e.g., through the use of post-hypnotic suggestions), it is possible to reframe thought patterns that may have been impacting your for a long time. For instance, some common questions to help you identify your belief patterns are:

~ How loveable/worthy of love am I?
~ Do I feel I deserve to live my life to my truest and fullest?
~ Have I made peace with my past, such that it is no longer affecting my present and future negatively?

Of course, these can be very hard questions to look at. However, they can quickly give you an overview of the mental atmosphere that guides your attitudes, choices and actions subconsciously on a daily basis.

What’s the self-hypnosis exercise about and why do I need it?

The whole idea is to re-train your brain. And just like with any new habit, you get better at it by regularly practicing it over time.
Thus, the self-hypnosis exercise is a way for you to do that outside of your session hours.
It can be as simple as you taking a deep breath before going to bed or just after waking up and telling yourself “My past no longer defines me; my future is what I make of the present.” If you ever feel you need more than that, I also offer personalized recordings at a fee.
